Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with MGC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the provision of stone and concrete restoration services to Custom Home Builders, Private Residents, Estate Managers, and Commercial Properties.
Scope of Services: The Company specializes in stone and concrete restoration services and collaborates with Custom Home Builders, Private Residents, Estate Managers, and Commercial Properties to provide unparalleled restoration solutions. Services may include but are not limited to cleaning, sealing, repairing, and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of stone and concrete surfaces.
Service Agreements: Prior to commencing any work, the Company and the Client must enter into a service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and any additional conditions. The agreement shall be binding upon both parties once signed.
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by the Company is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Cancellations made by the Client must be communicated to the Company within a reasonable timeframe. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
Liability: While the Company strives to deliver high-quality services, it shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, vandalism, or pre-existing structural issues.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the services provided.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the matter shall be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per the laws governing the jurisdiction.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
Amendment: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes shall be communicated to the Client in writing.
